Junior  Player Development Program

Training and practicing on a consistent basis are the only proven ways to lasting improvement. There are many facets to golf, as such, it takes a lot of dedication and time to learn all the skills necessary to play golf at a high level.

The top junior golfers practice 3+ hours per day, 5 to 6 days a week, with constant guidance from a coach or instructor. If you are a junior golfer wanting to compete at a high level, not only will it take a lot of hard work, but smart work as well.

To help junior golfers reach their goals, I offer full time Junior Player Development Programs. Every personalized Junior Player Development Program utilizes  a systematic training approach which takes each student through all phases of golf training and includes the following:

1. Technical Training – Mental, Physical and Mechanical
2. Pre-Competition Training
3. Competition Training
4. Evaluate Tournament Performance
5. Evaluate Skills Development
6. Return to Technical Training and repeat the process

A Personalized Junior Player Development Program also includes the following:

Full-time golf training program for peak performance
Evaluation: overall game, equipment, personality for golf, technical abilities, physical abilities
Planning: Tournament schedule, detailed long term game plan for each student
One 3-hour a week training session
Video and Launch Monitor Sessions as needed
Detailed training program for the rest of the week
25 Range Tokens per month
Tournament preparation support, smart goals setting for event
Tournament evaluations
