Gary Lipelt PGA Professional

I am a PGA Professional who loves to teach and play the game of golf. I have been playing golf for more than 30 years and teaching golf for over 20 years. I turned professional in 1993 and have been a Class A member of the PGA of America since 1998.

I have experience teaching golfers of all skill levels, from beginning golfers to the advanced competitive golfer. With programs to fit every golfers needs, I’m confident that I can help you achieve your golfing goals. Past and current students have had success in lowering their handicap, winning club championships, winning regional events, qualifying for USGA national events, playing collegiate golf, becoming PGA Professionals and playing on the PGA Tour.

My goal as an instructor is to make each student’s experience as enjoyable as possible. At the same time I want every student to improve their fundamentals and gain a better understanding of their swing in order to play better and increase their enjoyment on the course.

I believe all golfers, from beginners to world-class players, must work on the basic fundamentals of the swing. Virtually all top players have a proper grip, appropriate stance/posture and correct ball position. Everyone from recreational to aspiring tour players should follow their lead and develop correct fundamentals.

In addition to my 20 years experience teaching 100′s of students my teaching style has been influenced by reading numerous books, watching and studying video, using training aids, and attending PGA of America Seminars featuring the worlds top instructors.

I get a tremendous amount of satisfaction from helping my students improve and reach goals. I encourage students to contact me with questions and keep me up-to-date  on their  progress via email, phone, text messages and in person.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding my instruction programs.
